LaCrosse Apartments

These apartments are located in the heart of downtown LaCrosse, one block away from Main Street. All the amenities of town are within walking distance.

 

The LaCrosse Apartments are for seniors 62 years or older and disabled adults 18 years and older. All units offer HUD project based subsidy. The rent is based on 30% of your monthly adjusted gross income. 

 

There are 9 units, 8 one bedroom and 1 two bedroom. All units are at ground level. Each unit has its own kitchen facility, bathroom, air conditioner, and outdoor storage space. The laundry is located in the community building. There are a limited number of covered parking spaces available to tenants as well.  This is a non-smoking property, pet friendly property. Utilities are included in the rent.
